AirAsia canceled a return flight after my friend flew to Taiwan. Just a simple email to inform us but we are not able to contact them further for further details and waste time to go to their counter at Subang airport..

I got delayed on my flight from KUL to SIN as well. They informed me by SMS earlier in the day that my flight at 5.20pm was delayed to 6.20pm. That was okay with me since I know I can spend more time in the city before heading off to the airport. After checking in, 3 more announcements followed in 30 minute intervals announcing of more flight delays. My flight finally departed at 8.30pm!
