It left on time and even arrived slightly before the ETA in Singapore. The reason I took Tiger was because their fares actually worked out cheaper than the luxury coaches, perhaps due to the zero fare offered. Plus I liked the fact that I did not have to get up and down at the Customs checkpoints which taking a coach requires. Hope you enjoy your trip to Singapore! Hi again John! I was pretty impressed with Tiger Airways and the 2 hour wait at the airport was not too painful. With SGD200 you should be able to stay in a pretty nice hotel around Orchard. Try Parkroyal, Hyatt or Royal Plaza on Scotts. I've stayed at those before and found them pretty pleasant and very close to the shopping! :) Hi John – Thanks for your mail!
