I break them in half and take half a day with a multivite. It's dangerous to take it in isolation. Have you tried Biotin? No shampoo can really help your hair because it cannot nourish the roots. You have to take something like biotin - a vitamin B complex that aids the production of keratin and will strengthen hair and nails. It really helped me - and you know how long my hair is. And my mom too. There's a noticeable different her hair's thicker and healthier even though she colours her hair regularly. Thanks for the mention dear. Have you tried Biotin?
