Review Of The Vichy Lipometric Contour Refining Intensive Care

I admi that despite what health experts say about how there is no quick and sure way to toning up and trimming down, I tend to believe that creams and lotions do make some difference in an overall toning up programme. Skin care companies often spend lots of money on researching what active ingredients work best so it should work to some extent, right?
I have been trying Vichy Normaderm Pore Refining Essence for a while and find it great as a skin smoothener and in getting rid of nasty breakouts especially during certain times of the month. I used to think that Vichy only had skincare for the face so I was surprised to see that they too have products for the body in the form of Vichy Lipometric Contour Refining Intensive Care! Read on for my review below.
Vichy Lipometric Slimming Skin Retailoring Care
The Vichy Lipometric comes in a slender grey pump bottle with their signature lime green top. As with all their products, the Vichy Lipometric contains the famous Vichy Thermal Spa Water that is rich in nutrients to nourish the skin. The active ingredients in the Lipometric cream are Adrenalyse-S and Aminokine-G to reduce dimpled skin and firm skin contour through cellular stimulation and targeting the cellulite tissues.
Most cellulite creams claim to reduce dimpled skin but Vichy goes a step further by actually recontouring your tummy, thighs and butt for a more streamlined look through eliminating fatty deposits with their power ingredients! Needless to say, I didn’t think twice about trying it!
Texture And Effectiveness Of The Vichy Lipometric Slimming Cream
The lipometric cream is in an interesting iridescent shade and spreads quite well when I massaged it into my skin. You might need to use a little bit more to ensure it is all nicely massaged in for maximum results. It is very quick-drying and absolutely non-sticky so you can wear your clothes almost immediately after application without fear of staining.
I found that the Vichy Lipometric made my skin really nice and smooth and some dimpled skin around my thighs really did even out! I liked the dry smooth finish it gave my skin which made me feel like I was wearing stockings when I wasn’t. Regular usage of the Vichy Lipometric is said to provide long-lasting effects of at least a month but I’m using it a little sparingly at the moment till my next beach vacation!
Comparison Of Vichy Lipometric Against Biotherm Celluli-Choc
How does the Vichy Lipometric fare against the Biotherm Celluli-Choc? I was actually been using both around the same time and while their functions are a little similar in that they both reduce the appearance of dimpled skin, I find that the Biotherm Celluli-Choc tends to be drier compared to the Vichy Lipometric. The Biotherm Celluli-Choc dries on the skin and feels like a layer on it whilst the Vichy Lipometric absorbs better for a smooth finish.
Effect-wise, both do a good job of smoothening your skin to reduce visible cellulite. However, if using cellulite reducing creams, most experts recommend using it together with exercise for maximum results. That’s the hard part! :p
