Review Of A Slimming Trial At Bizzy Body Slimming Centre, Malaysia

Being thin while seeming to enjoy food is the current “in” thing now. But how many of us want to restrict our diet with the abundance of Malaysian goodies all around us or run like a rabbit on a treadmill without going anywhere? Lo and behold – The Slimming Centre which is the perfect answer to our “No Diet + No Exercise = Thin” equation! But are they truly effective? Read on for my review of a body treatment trial at Bizzy Body.
How Effective Are Slimming Centres?
I recently won a free trial for a body treatment worth RM350 at Bizzy Body. I had never been to a slimming centre before and having heard so much about how they can shed 10kgs off a person with over 10 inches, I was curious to give it a try. However, I was totally not prepared for the barrage of insults I had to face in their attempt to get me to commit to a full body package.
Read my experience as a guest blogger in My Women Stuff: A First-Hand Experience At A Slimming Salon to know what you should expect should you ever decide to pay a visit to a slimming centre!
Will I be heading back there again? Not in a hurry…there is only so much insults a woman’s self-esteem can handle and being told that she is FAT with cellulite is one of the most depressing things to hear! Read all about it here and let me know what you think!

I think BizzyBody has just managed to con more people into buying into their program with their “we will deliver on our” promise bull which they dont plan on keeping anyway. Just ask them when you have finished and if you havent seen the results they promised, will they follow up with free treatment??? I went in with problem with my arms and thighs and asked to have work done on them, they however decided they knew better as to what i needed and enrolled me for e intense treatment which did not address my problem AT ALL. Their diet plan for me was equally as ridiculous as they kept changing from time to time giving some nonsensicle reason for the change. When midway through the treatment i saw that it was impossible for them to achieve the 10kg drop and 25 inch drop all around, they switched the program again. They of course admitted to messing up with my treatment but they still never delivered. If we sign an agreement with them, arent they responsible to hold up to their end of the bargain especially if you have starved yourself over the treatment and done everything that was required.

Hi KCSam – Sorry to hear about the bad experience you had with Bizzy Body. Unfortunately, most slimming centres operate that way and at the end of it all, customers only end up losing their money!

I totally agree with KCSam. I want to tell of my experience so that others will not be conned into buying their treatment programmes. I also signed up because I’ve been having trouble slimming my arms and thighs (problem areas). The consultant told me their treatments include reshaping of body parts and can see instant results, so can help my problem areas. Until now (9 treatments) I have lost weight and inches from other parts but my arms and thighs are still big. I believe the weight I lost is due to the strict diet plans (which yes they keep changing! and also gave me constipation), not from the treatments. I even use their slimming gel for over a month but don’t see any difference on problem areas. And they keep pestering to buy other products which I don’t think will work either. If I wanted to diet (which I’ve done before and also lost weight except problem areas) I could have done this at home for FREE. I paid RM4000 for treatments which I expected to break down or loosen the fat in my problem areas but it didn’t. DON’T, DON’T, DON’T be deceived by their sweet talk and promises, all you need to do is Google sugar blockage diet, fruit diet, or low-carb/hi-protein diets – that is what they will give you. Bizzy Body treatments & products are not going to give you any extra help to lose weight. Btw, I heard from someone else their 15 inch guarantee is only if you pass their urine tests. I followed their diet strictly and still did not pass the test! So they prob use that as an excuse not to give me free treatments to achieve the 15 inch guarantee.

Hi KCSam, I nearly enrol for the Bizzy Body treatment. They charged me a course of a total cost RM5,000/=. They even promised to give me a weight loss guarantee programme. After I read your messagas. I decide to look for other option. By the way, what kind of diet plan they gave you? That made you messing up your metabolism.

If you are considering Bizzy Body because of their so-called “assurance of weight loss” guarantee, PLEASE do not waste your money going there. They are not honest, and just want to sell their treatments and products. Every session they will try to sell you something. And they will put you on strict diets to make you lose weight, their treatments actually do not make any difference. If you put on like even 0.1 kg, they will ask you a million questions why, implying you didn’t follow their diet even though you follow strictly. And their guarantee is bullshit, they will twist and turn some kind of excuse so they don’t need to give you the free treatment.
I just finished my final treatment of 17 sessions today, which I paid RM4000!! When I first went there I wasn’t even fat, but my upper thighs and upper arms were fat, so I wanted to reduce those parts. As I’m not fat, they only guaranteed 15 inches (I heard that most people get 20-25 inches guarantee). After 2 months, they told me I had lost 11 inches overall, (mind you they measure every part of your body like 3 parts of your calf, 3 parts of your thighs, etc… so 11 inches is not much when you divide by 25 different parts) that sounded reasonable as I noticed my body had gone down a bit (clothes a bit loser) BUT my arms and thighs were the same. Now after 3 months they told me I had lost 34 inches!! Come on, that is just bullshit. This last final month I haven’t seen any extra difference to my body, weight is the same, and clothes all fit the same. I definitely cannot believe that I’ve lost an additional 23 inches since the first 11 inches!
When I checked the measurements, it looked right. But then I noticed the first day measurements way back before we started the treatments, and guess what, those measurements were totally false, at least 1-1.5 inches more than my actual starting size for every part of the body. The measurement for my thighs were even bigger than the measurement of my pants! How ridiculous!! What is that all about?! Just plain open lies and deception so that they don’t have to give you the free treatment to reach the guaranteed size. And of course you can’t argue with them coz their measurement is final. And they also blamed me, saying if the first measurement is wrong I should have said something in the beginning… well, they didn’t even show me the first measurements for me to check on the 1st day.
You can argue with them till the cows come home but at the end of the day you will not get your free treatments. I paid so much money for their so called RF treatments which they said can reshape body parts and see instant results but instead they made me follow some diets and my arms and thighs are still big! I’m so mad at them for lying! and also mad at myself for believing that their treatment could actually work. If you want to lose weight, diet is the way, whatever little weight I lost with them I believe is due to their strict diets, NOT their treatments. Just Google blood type diet, sugar blockage diet, fruit enzyme diet and low-carb diet and you will achieve the same results for free! Don’t be cheated like I was, I want to warn as many people as I can to stop them from making the same mistake I made.
