Review Of H2O+ Face Oasis Hydrating Treatment
Recently my skin was going through a bit of a dry patch despite using my usual moisturisers. I was breaking out in dry flakes especially around my chin which was strange as that is usually an oily zone. I was also warned by the beautician not to use too rich creams to replenish moisture as my skin is sensitive and too rich creams can cause breakouts instead. In my search for a moisturising but gentle cream, sis recommended H2O+ to try. Read on for my review of H2O+ Hydrating Treatment below and how effective it is for dry skin.
What is H2O+?
H2O+ is a range of skincare focused on water-based and oil-free skincare to provide moisture-rich relief without clogging or overstimulating the skin. H2O+ products come in various shades of blue which is really pretty. I fell in love with the H2O+ Hydrating Treatment bottle the first time I saw it! It was such a pretty sea blue!

Ingredients in H2O+ Hydrating Treatment Gel
The ingredients in H2O+ are mainly sea-based. The key ingredient is a special Sea Mineral complex which help to attract and distribute moisture equivalent of up to 8 glasses of water! Imagine how refreshing that was for my dry skin! Other marine products include sea wakame (seaweed), sea lettuce and sea fennel to provide essential vitamins to nourish your skin.
What Does The H2O+ Hydrating Treatment Feel Like?
The hydrating treatment cream has a light texture which I liked. It resembles clear gel and was a little sticky. Upon application, the gel felt cooling on my skin and a little bit goes a long way in moisturising my face. If you have super-dry skin, you can use it as a mask by spreading a thin layer over your face and leaving it for 5 minutes to absorb. However, I did not try this as I found using the gel normally on my damp skin moisturising enough.
Effectiveness of the H2O+ Hydrating Treatment
I have been using the H2O+ hydrating treatment gel for over a month and am pretty pleased with the results. My skin appears softer and more moisturised and I no longer have dry and flakey patches. My skin is also clearer with less pimples and acne spots which is a major plus point. I do like its non-greasy feel and cooling sensation whenever I use it.
Will I recommend H2O+? Definitely, especially if you have dry skin. A 50ml tub retails for RM159 at any H2O+ stores in 1 Utama, Sunway Pyramid, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and Gurney Plaza Penang.

Hi Jeweled Chic – It is nice! Its supposed to work for most skins so should work for oily skin as it’s waterbased

When you grow older your skin will lose its elasticity and your skin will become very thin. There are other factors also that will make the skin worn out. So care for skin is very important no matter what age you are because the sooner you take care of your skin the healthier it will be and the more you will be able to prevent skin problems and wrinkles or fine lines.
