		<description>I dined there 1 month ago, the food was good but the service was ok.  So, I was thinking to go back again together with my family members during my birthday month. I was told that there&#039;s a membership application where u can enjoy 10% discount on the total bill and 20% discount on my birthday. On top of that, we have to  pay RM100 and can get RM120 cash voucher and I tot this is a very good deal. When I settled my bill, I told the manager that i would like to apply for the member card to enjoy the privileges.  The manager kind enough to tell me need not to apply first, I can always apply the membership on my next visit and enjoy the benefits. I tot the manager is very considerate and thoughtful for the benefit of the customer in order not to lock in our money.
Today, I called to make reservation for my b&#039;day celebration, there&#039;s one girl by the name of Peggy, she  picked up the phone, she told me that  if I apply for the member card today, I can get my cash voucher but I can&#039;t enjoy the members&#039; benefits. I had politely asked her the reason and why there&#039;s so inflexible and she rudely told me this is the company&#039;s policy. Then I told her it&#039;s okay, i&#039;m not coming back, then she replied me &quot; it&#039;s okay!&quot; My god, how can there&#039;s such rude staff and gave me a rude reply.
After this incident, I&#039;ve aborted the idea of going back again regardless how good is the food!! Thanks for yr good staff, Peggy!!</description>
