On my recent trip to Phuket, I was rushing to catch the flight and totally forgot my toiletries case! So, what’s a girl to do when caught without any skin care products? Hop into the nearest Boots pharmacy to look for some!

Luckily, a Boots pharmacy was nearby in Jungceylon Mall, Patong and I spent many happy hours browsing through their shelves! :) Boots has a fantastic range of skin care products, shower gels and all kinds of moisturizers from their own Boots brand and other brands. What I love most are their product specials where you can sometimes find nice shower gels on a “3 for the Price of 2″ offer or “Buy 1, Free 1″ deals! :)

I got the Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Foaming Face Wash for approximately THB169 (RM17). Read my review below!

The Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Foaming Face Wash comes in a little pump bottle and the liquid turns into foam when you pump it out. I found that a little pump was all I needed to get enough foam to wash my whole face so its great for cost savings! :)

The foam is very fluffy and light and shouldn’t clog pores. Its main ingredients are tea tree oil and witch hazel, both of which are excellent for fighting acne problems and restoring moisture to your skin. I liked the tea tree smell the foam contained and my face did feel nice and clean after washing. It is quite a gentle cleanser and did not leave the tight dryness some cleansers do.

Will I recommend it? Definitely yes especially if you do have the occasional acne problem. Unfortunately it is only found in Boots and our nearest Boots drugstore is in Thailand so stock up the next time you’re there!
