@prettybeautiful: Really?! What terrible service! I did find that their service personnel were not very friendly though. They didn’t really try to help with anything…not the service I expected from a 5-star hotel.

@beetrice: Oh yes, they charge RM8 throughout your stay if you’re a hotel guest! I found it a bit much as other hotels on the Bukit Bintang strip don’t charge for parking!

Glad to hear you had a wonderful stay there I heard that the beds we get in Westin KL aren’t exactly the same as the HEAVENLY beds offered in other Westin hotels. So maybe that’s why I found it a bit too soft.

i stayed there once. and sucked! they did not do housekeeping before i checked in. when i punched in the key and in my horror,the whole room was in a crazy mess! they made me wait for 15 mins for them to clean it without giving me any compensation! lousy lousy

you had to pay for the parking?? :O i’ve stayed there before for work, and only wish i had more time to lounge in that lovely comfy bed, actually…literally SANK into the bed and didn’t wanna move at all!!

(and yeah, i hear you on the warm room bit!)

reading your review brought back such great memories that I had when I was in Seattle many years ago. I was put up at the Westin by my IT Partners, Microsoft and my personal experience with their Heavenly Beds and Heavenly Bathrooms were just HEAVENLY
