But I beg to differ with their steward/stewardesses. They are clumsy (always spilling drinks, luckily not on me), cold (can definitely tell they are talking from a memorized script, the facial expression and tone was a giveaway) and lousy problem solvers (don't know how to handle the elderly's sometimes quirky questions). MH crew were very warm (mingling with passengers) and amazing problem solvers though the cabin/seat/meal offerings can be limited. Their seat offerings and technology and cabin is definitely a leader amongst all other airlines. But I beg to differ with their steward/stewardesses.
