Easy Presentations With Instant Whiteboard

I was in a workshop all of last week and was really impressed by some material our facilitators brought with them from UK. It was an amazing training and presentation aid called Instant Whiteboard.

Instant Whiteboard is an innovative new product which provides a great alternative to messy flipcharts and whiteboards. It is made out of plastic sheets which has the amazing properties of sticking on walls without any adhesives! It can stick on almost any surface from painted walls, textured areas, wallpaper and glass easily and without any messy glue or tape.

I was truly impressed when I saw it on our walls! It is held up on the wall by static and can be used just like any normal whiteboard. However, because it is held with static, do ensure that you do not stick too many post-it notes on it or the weight might be too heavy for the plastic sheet. However, I did note that we were able to have quite a number of little post-it notes on the whiteboard sheets, while doing our process maps, without any danger of it dropping. The plastic surface also makes it very easy to remove or move around post-its and notes.

You can write on it with normal whiteboard pens, both erasable and non-erasable, depending on your needs. Writings made with erasable whiteboard pens can be very easily rubbed off exactly like a normal whiteboard. Instant Whiteboard is available in Erasable and Grid formats. Erasable are plain white sheets which may be suitable for presentations or process mapping using post-it notes. Grid formats have faint grey grid lines on it which makes it ideal for graphs or architecture drawings. Instant Whiteboard is available in a convenient rolled up format which is a little like Gladwrap. The sheets come readily perforated and can be torn as a single sheet or joined together to form a large area, depending on your needs.

I really liked how easy it is to recycle or to store. Simply take the sheet off the walls after your presentation, roll it up and store or rub off everything and keep it again for your next presentation. Because there are no adhesives, you can continue to use it over and over again! Custom made colourful Instant Whiteboards are also available for orders of 100 rolls and above.
