Malaysia is known as a world wide furniture hub and we are sometimes lucky to find good quality furniture here for a reasonable price. There are a mind-boggling array of shops to choose from with varying degrees of quality. Some like Cavenzi are cheap but do be careful when buying from them as based on personal experience, their furniture tend to be of the lower quality type with cheap wood used.
One furniture store I have always liked is Lorenzo. They are a swanky furniture store with nice modern furniture in their showrooms which has come a long way in terms of quality. Many years ago, my relative bought a sofa set from them and we found that the chair seemed to be rather soft. Now however, they have improved their quality tremendously and have a huge range of furniture which caters for every household and preference.
Some of their leather furniture is buttery soft and come in interesting colours such as yellow or peach. Their dining table sets are also unique and opulent in marble or glass which adds a sophisticated finish to any house. Lorenzo has four main ranges of furniture:-

Their sales people are often pleasant and able to assist you with your choice. What I love most about Lorenzo are the sales they have every now and then where their furniture can be slashed up to 50% or even 70%. Those are often the best time to grab deals but do go early as you will be fighting with lots of others who are interested in grabbing the same deals!
