I'm thier customer n i never feel happy with them and i end up change to another counter. The counter manager in the gardens clarins can be scary if u ask n dont make purchases.. the product itself is good but the sales person is not up to par. I wonder clarins noe all this. And I get to know from my friend she got other product instead of the new Quench Hydra as the counter ran out of stock. The Clarins girl did ask me am I Clarins customer. I said 'No'. She told me that the free trial product is out of stock. And she said free product is only given while stock last. I didnt get to see this 'while stock last' condition in the eVoucher that I printed out. She told me this is their company policy. I feel disappointed. How come other people can get other trial product as the main promoting product is out of stock. And I have to go back with empty hand. I also doubt to go to Clarins counter anymore.
