I have sensitive skin that tends to be dry on the top but oily at the bottom. Sometimes that causes my skin to be blotchy and break out especially during certain times of the month. So when I read on Beetrice’s Reviews how this Body Shop Vitamin C Skin Boost worked wonders for her skin, I couldn’t wait to try it out.
I have always heard of the benefits of Vitamin C for the skin and how it helps restore the glow of your skin naturally. This Skin Boost promises to brighten your skin while encouraging collagen production and improving elasticity. This way you get to fight the signs of aging naturally without harsh chemicals. It also contains Vitamin E which neutralizes free radicals and protect skin from environmental aggressors. I was impressed because I always thought that Vitamin E was mainly for scar repair!
According to Body Shop, you can opt to use it by itself or as a pre-moisturizer. I tend to use it as the latter at night after my daily cleansing regime and before I use my moisturizer. Just squirt a little of the clear gel onto your fingers and rub it in gently over your face. It has a wonderful refreshing, zesty and orangey smell which is an instant mood up-lifter as well, especially after a long day.
Best of all, I found my skin improving just after less than a week of application. It evened out my skin tone, brightened my face and made my skin somewhat fairer and smoother. It’s a great pre-moisturizer and I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone. It retails in any Body Shop for RM79 for a 30ml bottle. The bottle is small but a little definitely goes a long way!

after reading bee’s review i am so tempted to try it out too. if i use this as pre-moisturizer, can i use other product next with this?

I use it as a pre-moisturizer after my toner then put on my moisturizer as normal after that. It works well for me!
