I used to go to the gym in Midvalley on the highest floor and used to walk past this brightly coloured toy store there. They have very captivating window displays filled with all kinds of boys toys from anime to Gundam robots and RC cars.

I recently had to look for a birthday present for a little boy so decided to give this shop a try. I came out of it truly impressed with their selection of toys! They have a really good selection of toys for little boys, big boys and hobby collectors. They had model aircraft, model fighter jets, tanks, sporty RC cars and swanky RC planes and helicopters. They even had an extensive collection of collector die-cast cars, some of which came with proper certification from the makers. Their prices can be a little steep for the collector cars and model planes but there are a wide range of toys with varying prices and quality to choose from. Best of all, they do hold sales every now and then, especially during the Malaysia Mega Sale Carnival.

Christmas is just a few more months away so if you’re at a loss at what to get the small boy or the big boy in your life, try Toycity at Midvalley. They’ll love you for it! ;)
