Green Tea
I’m a big green tea fan. I first read about green tea when I was in Uni and when I first tried it, I thought it smelt and tasted rather “greenish”. But now several years and many many cups later, I really love it. I normally go through two sachets a day and really look forward to my steaming hot mug of green tea in the mornings when I come to work. I take it too after oily or heavy meals and whether psychological or not, it seems to aid the digestion a little and hopefully melt some of the fat too!
I usually buy a box of 50 sachets each time. It’s quite a bit more expensive compared to normal teas and I’m always on the lookout for offers on my green tea. It’s supposed to be a good anti-oxidant and Sis has also told me that it’s a fantastic toner when mixed with apple cider. I’ve also been told that cold green tea bags are great for puffy tired eyes when you use them as a mask over your eyes. Considering the amount of tea I drink, I really should give these beauty tips a try too!
So if you’re looking for a healthy pick-me-up drink minus the caffeine, do try making yourself a nice big mug of green tea! Be warned though…it’s a diuretic!

hi there. just randomly saw this review from a google search on “green tea buy”. i’m actually looking for some good green tea brands to buy. any to recommend? also, where to get them and the “recommended” price.
Thanks
PE says: Hi, thanks for coming by. One of my favourite brands is OSK from Japan which are staple-less tea bags. It’s available here in Kuala Lumpur for approximately RM20 (USD6.30) but I’m not sure if they are available where you are.
